At Dough My Gosh, we aim to get your freshly baked goods to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle deliveries for orders placed through our website https://doughmygoshbakes.co.uk.
1. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver orders within 3–4 business days from the date of dispatch. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.
2. Delivery Method
We currently use Royal Mail Tracked 24 to deliver all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Deliveries require a valid UK postal address.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and added to your order total before payment.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
