Refund Policy

At Dough My Gosh, we take pride in delivering freshly baked goods of the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once items have been delivered. However, we want every customer to be happy with their order, so we offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

 

 

1. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

 

2. Delayed Deliveries

We aim to deliver within 3–4 business days using Royal Mail Tracked 24. If your order is significantly delayed and the goods are no longer suitable, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

 

3. Non-Delivery

If your order does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate with our courier. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

 

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled dispatch. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may already have begun.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds for change of mind or for items that have already been delivered in good condition. As our products are perishable, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under UK consumer law.

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
